What types of custom designs can you make? Alumni House Apparel powered by WHD3 has been designing HBCU and Greek apparel for over 20 years. Our portfolio of original designs range from Campus Loungewear to Homecoming Flex. No request is out of the realm of possibility, its just finding a way to make it happen! So send us your request, and let us see what we can do to make it a reality.

Who do I contact if I have a general question about Alumni House Apparel powered by WHD3? All general inquiries can be forwarded to WHD3Multimedia@gmail.com for any basic product information.

How often do you run any specials? Alumni House Apparel powered by WHD3 offers specials periodically throughout the year and notifies customers via social media for any flash sales or product markdowns. For updates on specials or discounts, be sure to follow @whd3multimedia on Instagram.

  • How do I place an order online? Orders can be placed via the the official Alumni House Apparel website. If you have any questions before placing your order, you can forward your inquiry to WHD3Multimedia@gmail.com.

  • Shipping + Handling

  • How long do single orders take? Single orders can take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks (not including delivery).
  • How long do group orders take? Typically, we take 8-10 weeks for group orders (not including delivery). In some cases, one can expect up to 12 weeks depending on the type of customization requested.

    Please allow 4 - 5 weeks for delivery of normal orders, large/group orders allow 6-7 weeks for delivery. Please note that Fall (Back to School, Fall Lines, & Homecoming) and Spring (Spring Lines, Step Shows, Graduate & Summer Festivals) are our heaviest seasons and wait times may exceed the estimate times listed here. 

  • Do you offer discounts on Group Order? Yes, please email us with your questions for a quantity discount.

  • Where do you ship? Alumni House Apparel powered by WHD3 ships both internationally and within the United States.  

  • How much is Shipping and Handling? Shipping and Handling fees vary depending on the location. Contact us for an estimate.

    How can I track my order? For all eligible Free and Priority Shipping orders, we will notify you and provide you with the tracking number once your item(s) have shipped. For any questions regarding your order, email WHD3Multimedia@gmail.com.

    Returns

    I have an issue with my order. What do I do? If there is a problem with your order, contact Alumni House Apparel powered by WHD3 Customer Service (WHD3Multimedia@gmail.com) to discuss the matter. We will work proactively to rectify the issue and ensure your concerns are addressed immediately.
